Shon has nearly 15 years of accomplishments in: project management, team building, business plan development, project design, and land
entitlement approvals. His responsibilities ranged from initial purchase contract through due diligence investigation, jurisdictional review, zoning analysis, permit and fee analysis, and presentation in public hearings to building permit approval. His
background includes: managing multiple project approvals for a variety of land uses including: Multi-family (Market Rate, Affordable, and Condominium) and mixed use including retail as well as off site improvements. Shon has successfully entitled and developed over 13,000 residential units in multiple cities and counties within California, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado.
Shon holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialty in Real Estate from San Diego State University.
