Mark is a real estate development and financial professional with over thirty years experience in acquisitions, land development management, entitlements, asset positioning, disposition and financing of over 30,000 units in California, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, and Washington.
He has unique experience in developing projects from raw land through completion of Master Plans. A sample of approved Master Plans include: Ivey Ranch Oceanside, CA; University Commons and San Elijo Hills, San Marcos, CA; and San Miguel Ranch, Chula Vista, CA.
Mark has served as a Court appointed Receiver for Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Insurance Company of the West.
Mr. Faulkner holds a B.S. and M.S. from the University of Oregon and has served as a Board Member for the Oceanside Economic Development Commission, University City Planning Group, and Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce.
