Jack is a real estate professional with over thirty years experience; including Medical Office buildings, Mobile Home parks and multi-family communities. Over the past 20 years he was instrumental in the financial underwriting and closing of 58,000 multi-family units throughout the United States. His background includes market overviews, proforma input and modeling, feasibility studies, and due diligence investigation and coordination.
Mr. Feehan holds a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker 00675347 and a Retired Commander from the United States Naval Reserves.
